Payment and Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and payment will be charged to your credit card on file. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. HGVMLLC will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick-up Instructions: Winning bidders must bring a copy of their paid invoice in order to pick up their items.
Winning bidders must also bring their valid driver’s license and allow HGVMLLC to photocopy it.
Winning bidders must sign a pick up receipt before loading items into their vehicle.
Winning Bidders must provide their own boxes and paper.
Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items.
A representative of HGVMLLC will be present at the time of pick up, but winning bidder must bring assistance to move and load their won items.
Winning bidders, and their help, assumes any and all responsibility for damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

Pick Up Address and Time: Hunt & Gather Vintage Market LLC located at 194 Worcester Road, in Princeton MA, on August 28th, 29th, 30th, & 31st between the hours of 11am-5pm & September 1st between the hours of 12pm-5pm. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION MANAGER – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS IS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE.

Winning Bidder (Buyer) is responsible for making shipping arrangements for all furniture. (Mirrors are considered furniture.) Any invoice, without shipping arrangements 7 days from the sale date, will be subject to a $10 per lot per day storage fee. New England Pack and Ship can pack/ship furniture items of all sizes. Non-Furniture items are shipped using in house shipping. Contact Stephen after the auction has ended for a shipping quote for non-furniture items. Shipping payment is processed through our store register. Items ship out after the shipping costs are paid. Tracking will be provided. There is a Packing & Handling fee of $15-$20 per box, (subject to change if packing necessitates). Winning Bidder pays all packing & shipping costs. HGVMLLC is not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to the shipper.

Delivery is also available for ALL items, Furniture & Non-Furniture. $100 Flat fee +$50 if item requires 2 people to move +$1/mile Delivery is to garage, driveway, or inside front door: First floor only. Delivery payment is processed through our store register. Delivery day/time is set up after delivery fee is paid.
