Payment and Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and payment will be charged to your credit card on file. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. HGVMLLC will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.
Special Pick-up Instructions: Winning bidders must bring a copy of their paid invoice in order to pick up their items.
Winning bidders must also bring their valid driver’s license and allow HGVMLLC to photocopy it, if necessary.
Winning bidders must sign a pick up receipt before loading items into their vehicle.
Winning Bidders must provide their own boxes and paper.
Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items.
A representative of HGVMLLC will be present at the time of pick up, but winning bidder must bring assistance to move and load their won items.
Winning bidders, and their help, assumes any and all responsibility for damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.
Pick Up Address and Time: Pick up will be at First come First serve at Hunt & Gather Vintage Market LLC located at 194 Worcester Road in Princeton MA 01541. Pick up will be on Sunday May 26th, between 12pm-5pm. Wednesday May 29th, Thursday May 30th, & Friday May 31st, between 11am-5pm. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION MANAGER – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS IS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE.
Local delivery of larger items (furniture) can be made by calling Hunt & Gather Vintage Market LLC at 1-978-464-5555 or calling/texting 1-704-491-7723.
Shipping: Most items can also be shipped to any destination. All non-furniture items will be shipped out through our in-house packing & shipping. If you need your item shipped, please reach out to Stephen at the store number, 1-(978)-464-5555 or call/text at 1-(704)-491-7723. Items to be shipped will need a shipping invoice paid prior to ship out. Tracking will be provided once the item is shipped. Winning Bidder pays all packing & shipping costs. HGVMLLC is not responsible for your purchase once your item is released to the shipment company, (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc).
