Payment and Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and payment will be charged to your credit card on file. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. HGVMLLC will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick-up Instructions: Winning bidders must bring a copy of their paid invoice in order to pick up their items.
Winning bidders must also bring their valid driver’s license and allow HGVMLLC to photocopy it, if necessary.
Winning bidders must sign a pickup receipt before loading items into their vehicle.
Winning Bidders must provide their own boxes and paper.
Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items.
A representative of HGVMLLC will be present at the time of pick up, but winning bidder must bring assistance to move and load their won items.
Winning bidders, and their help, assumes any and all responsibility for damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

Pick Up Address and Time: Hunt & Gather Vintage Market LLC located at 194 Worcester Road, in Princeton MA, on December 4th, 5th, 6th, & 7th, between the hours of 11am-5pm & December 8th between the hours of 12pm-5pm. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION MANAGER.

Winning Bidder (Buyer) is responsible for making shipping arrangements for all furniture. (Mirrors are considered furniture.) Any invoice, without shipping arrangements 7 days from the sale date, will be subject to a $10 per lot per day storage fee.

Non-Furniture items are shipped using in house shipping. Contact Stephen after the auction has ended for a shipping quote for non-furniture items. Shipping payment is processed through our store register. Items ship out after the shipping costs are paid. Tracking will be provided. There is a Packing & Handling fee of $5-$25 per box, (subject to change if packing necessitates). Winning Bidder pays all packing & shipping costs. HGVMLLC is not responsible for your purchase/order/item once you authorize release to the shipper.

Delivery is also available for ALL items, Furniture & Non-Furniture. $100 Flat fee +$50 if item requires 2 people to move +$1/mile Delivery is to garage, driveway, or inside front door: First floor only. There is a multi-item/lot fee, if more than 2 lots to be delivered. Delivery payment is processed through our store register. Delivery day/time is set up after delivery fee is paid. Most items can also be shipped to any destination. All non-furniture items will be shipped out through our in-house packing & shipping. If you need your item shipped, please reach out to Stephen at the store number, 1-(978)-464-5555 or call/text at 1-(704)-491-7723. Items to be shipped will need a shipping invoice paid prior to ship out. Tracking will be provided once the item is shipped.

All FURNITURE pieces that need to be shipped must go through New England Pack & Ship. (Some items may be determined as furniture per the determination of the In-House shipping manager & will need to be processed through NE Pack & Ship or another 3rd Party Shipper/Delivery service.)
