I received a voice mail about pickup. I responded with a message of time to pick up. I drove 60 miles, no one there, waited an hour. They arrived and said they forgot. Then they couldn't find my item and they drove to another location...no luck. They canceled my purchase and at least reimbursed me for travel expenses, but not my 3 plus hours of wasted time. Very very unprofessional. They should be dropped from Auction Ninja.
