Please note:
• We do not provide assistance to help move items to your vehicle.
• Please bring your own packing materials.
• Be prepared to show a copy of your winning invoice, the credit card you used to make the purchase, and your photo id.
• Please don't park in the driveway unless you are moving large furniture.

Smaller items will go in a standard Flat-rate box, larger items will be shipped via third-party shippers. We will gladly supply you with a list of reputable shippers in the area and facilitate the package's exchange.
