The ring is beautiful. It arrived how it appeared and was described in the auction.

There were some issues with the shipping that were due to an unusual situation, from what I understand. Everything was resolved eventually, and the auction manager was very nice and responsive. The item is perfect and just as described.

There was an initial miscommunication, but the representative Kara was very kind and helped resolve in a very professional way. I recommend this seller and would purchase from the same again. 5 Stars!

Smooth auction , won a beautiful diamond bracelet and ring , I had my jeweler value it and it's way above what I paid for it , very happy with my Lot and it looked better than the picture , received it a week later
