This is Part 2 of a Large Estate Auction and is scheduled for Local pick-up in Longmont, CO, or Client arranged SHIPPING. The Address will be sent to all winning bidders after the close of each ...view moreauction. Winning Bidders will be able to pick up all items during one of the scheduled pick up days.

Items from this Auction come from a Smoke Free environment with items located on the 1st floor and/or Garage Level.

Bidders will need to bring your own packing materials and manpower for loading furniture and heavy items. We DO NOT have movers on site to move your items.

Bidders are responsible for removing purchased items during the scheduled pick-up date(s) or items will be considered forfeited by Bidder with no refunds. Bidders agree to make alternative arrangements directly with the Auction Manager prior to the scheduled pick-up date and time if they are unable to make the pick-up deadline.

Final deadline to drop off client arranged shipments will be 4 days after close of Auction. Winning Bidders agree to forfeit their purchase without refund if they do not make or choose not to arrange pre-paid client arranged shipment within 4 days after close of Auction.

All sales are final, and All items are SOLD as-is, where-is. No returns, credits or exchanges. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding on items.

Homestead Estate Services will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations to items. In the absence of these descriptions or conditions, bidders must not take this to imply that the item(s) is in perfect condition. Please refer to photos as part of the condition and description for each item(s). Most of the items we list are previously owned, and in used condition. Bidders should expect signs of wear consistent with age and are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding.
