This large Estate will consist of multiple Auctions and is scheduled for Local pick-up in Longmont, CO, or Client arranged SHIPPING. The Address will be sent to all winning bidders after the close of each auction. ...view moreWinning Bidders will be able to pick up all items during one of the scheduled pick up days.

Items from this Auction come from a Smoke Free environment with items located upstairs, 1st floor or garage level.

Bidders are responsible for removing purchased items during the scheduled pick-up date(s) or items will be considered forfeited by Bidder with no refunds. Bidders agree to make alternative arrangements directly with the Auction Manager prior to the scheduled pick-up date(s) and time if they are unable to make the pick-up deadline.

Final deadline to drop off client arranged shipments will be 4 days after close of Auction. Winning Bidders agree to forfeit their purchase without refund if they do not make or choose not to arrange pre-paid client arranged shipment within 4 days after close of Auction.

All sales are final, and All items are SOLD as-is, where-is. No returns, credits or exchanges. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding on items.
