I was impressed with the accuracy of the description of the items I bid; everything was at least as beautiful in person! Pick up was smooth and the waterfront shop that was NOT your average antique shop. It was well spaced, lots to choose from (new, used, vintage, and antique) and looked like somewhere I would want to spend time in addition to shopping.

I had a great conversation with the owners and will definitely be bidding (and shopping!) here again! Thank you, thank you!!!

I love that Home Inspirations always mentions the colors of items. My phone showed a light blue blanket which I didn't care for but the listing said it was white. Perfect. The man to whom I gave it loves it. It's on his bed right now.
The silver box is beautiful and pick up was easy-breezy.

Condition was not accurately described "MINOR FLAWS IF ANY". In reality, a piece was broken off and there clearly is supposed to be a handle that is missing. Piece is likely relatively new and not antique. Size was not explicitly stated nor any objects shown for scale. Listing seems to be designed to make it appear larger than it is. I was VERY disappointed on pick-up to see how small it was for the starting bid price.

The "13 Wood Lacquer Japanese Serving Trays" I purchased are cheap plastic that you can buy at a hyakuen store. Really uninformed and/or misleading seller. Will never buy from seller again and highly recommend not buying or getting full information ahead of time.

The seller fails to show the detailed wear of the item. Several defects/cracks, which causes the item to wobble back and forth, are missing from description or photos. The item is almost towards the end of life, and is not usable. The item is not eligible for auction from quality perspective.

Items were a higher quality than described. Quick, organized pickup.
