*****Delivery Available for any item in this auction!!  We have a team of movers that will transport your furniture or small item purchase anywhere in the 5 Boroughs and Tri state!  Michael Bertoncini and his team from Task Rabbit have moving dollies, blankets and a van. All furniture and small items can be delivered by contacting Michael directly and making arrangements with him if you are successful in your bid on any item in our sale. Michael is familiar with all items in the apartment and has the necessary equipment, vehicle and certificate of insurance that your building will want to allow him to deliver furniture for you. Contact Michael directly by texting him at 718-219-8960 to find out how much it will cost to deliver your item.  All moving expenses are not included in any of the auction items. Delivery fees are separate and paid directly to Michael and can only be quoted by Michael. AFTER you make arrangements with Michael please call/text Marianna 914-564-9875. All items must be out before November 25th.

If you need another pickup date please contact us, small lots only. Alternative Pickup location will be in Dobbs Ferry NY.
There will be a $10 fee for an alternative pickup date at the Dobbs Ferry Location

WINNING BIDDERS:
Winning bidders will receive the full pick up address via email-Please let us know you don't receive this. Make sure you have selected to receive winning bid emails in your dashboard via either email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.

PICKUP:
All items need to be picked up in, NYC. Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items. Transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED upon pickup. Please give yourself enough time to pack up the items. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders.
