Vintage Mahjong Set With Case

We are not mahjong players, but it appears to be missing two pieces . The joker tiles are other tiles that have been modified using paper & glue. Also, the dice are missing and colored blue piece that goes on the end of one of the tile holders.
One locking mechanism on case sticks, but does open.
