Microfiber Couch

There are marks on one side of all 3 bottom cushions. If you flip the cushions over the other sides are clean .
There is a tear in the fabric on the back side of the couch.
There is a tear on the underside of couch.
There are two water/beverage stains on the seat frame of the couch.
Also see photo 9 for wood foot condition.
All of these blemishes can be hidden from sight.
