It was a good decision to change the Sunday pickup to Saturday, due to the forecasted snowstorm. However, the two hour morning only time slot was not convenient, with pickup by 10:30AM. Four hours, which should include morning as well as afternoon hours, would be best. The two hour time slot caused a parking problem with many cars on the street. In addition, cars in the driveway blocked those carrying items to their car.

They run a very professional auction offering a variety of items. You may find a hidden treasure that would not be out of place at a Sotheby's auction. There is usually a convenient two day pickup which I have found, always runs smoothly.

Size of bag was not accurately described. It was described as a "large bag" but it's actually a VERY HUGE travel bag. So, it's not what I thought I was bidding on. More care should be taken in describing listings. Measurements are helpful.

Excellent item

What can I say, the Ladies were excellent, could not do enough to help me pack all my items safe and secure. HOGHLY RECOMMENDED ! Hope to do business with again ! It was an overall 8 hour round trip for pick up and I would gladly do it again !
