The items are stored for pickup at our storage container area about 200 ft from RT. 1 with easy parking. This is for emergency purposes really so try your best to pickup during schedule.
For long distance bidder, we do offer a shipping option for our customers, which I assign to retired friend, Peter
For his service to you, he gets a $10 service charge per invoice and then $2 per item. If special supplies are necessary they will be incl in your bill and he will pack your items safely. For packing time, I figure 10/hr. This is a fair option I believe. He is not a professional shipper but does a terrific job at a reasonable rate for you.
Ive designed this system to save my customers the increasing cost of UPS packing and shipping store service but in some cases, it's necessary to use for very valuable or very fragile items that I would prefer UPS to have the liability for. They have great insurance and if a bad thing happens, collection for damages is easier.
Large items and furniture, Peter will help you with meeting a shipper of your choice or possibly arrange me or one of my colleagues to deliver for you at a fair moving rate.

We will get to you sometimes the next day, sometimes 5 days or more. We deal with customer orders as we receive notice from you. I try to confirm with my bidders after sale but be patient. Calling phone sometimes gets lost with all the calls I receive so the text seems more immediate if I do not answer the phone. My warehouse area has poor reception.

Bidders who do not contact us at all about intent to have use ship, or without notifying us at all with an intent to pickup items we consider as abandoned with no recourse for refund after 7 days of auctions close.
