Mahogany 18th Century Brass Dial Tall Clock W/Unusual Calendar And Nicely Carved Case

This is quite a beautiful grandfather case clock with maker "Adam Heydays / Amsterdam" Insribed on a gorgeous engraved dial. The calendar mechanism is a typical Dutch horological trait for some of there higher quality timepieces.

I cant same much derogatory about this clock but it appears that it was taller with the base being set directly on the floor. The dutch clock are often quite tall and this is a common situation. It did have finial but the plinths are still present waiting fro some nice brass replacements. In my inventory I have some that I might be able to drag out for the buyer of this beautiful clock to decide on. Not for free but I could offer them for a fair price.

Clock mechanism looks to be in working condition and well cared for.
