Amphora Antique Edda Vase Austria Turn Teplitz Heliosine Glaze Stalactites, 10" Tall

Featured is a Turn Teplitz Irridecent Heliosine Glaze with dripping Stalactites. This beautiful piece of Bohemian, stunning and rare, is a marked Edda Vase Amphora Austria and is earthenware pottery with hand-painted and glazed with raised grapes, vines and leaves.

This piece was was created in Austria in the early 20th century (1900-1908) and attributed to Stellmacher & Kessel and is part of their Edda Series Line. The exceptional combination of colors and techniques, as well as the unprecedented craftsmanship used in creating this masterpiece make it an extraordinary presentation piece that displays beautifully.

This measures 9.5" high and approx 6" diameter at the widest point.

Considering the age of this vase of over 100 years since its creation, it is in lovely condition. Again, given its age, there are a few condition issues. Please see photos which show the missing vine fragments. Not a big issue but photos show full condition.
