PICK UP DETAILS: Pickups for this auction will not be held at our building on Hewitt this time. Winners will be given the address of the private residence for pickup. Pickups will be done via appointment ...view moreonly. Time slots are firm so please do not sign up for time until you know for sure which of the 3 days/time window you can make. Please contact Walt Waddell via text message at (360) 202-4809 or email DubDeuces85@gmail.com to set up your pickup window. Please bring packing material and boxes as these things will not be provided this time. Additionally, you must bring help for heavier items such as furniture. Communication is key for post-auction pickups at a residence! The pickup days will be Thursday August 3rd, Friday August 4th and Saturday August 5th. The time windows will vary but we will be on site from 11am to 6pm each of those days. However, you still have to contact the auction manager to schedule your pickup time. 15-20 minute windows will be given on a first come first serve basis. Please direct all questions to Walt Waddell regarding this auction when it comes to bidding, pickups or other auction related services. There will be no shipping for this auction except in extremely rare instances. A shipping request will have to be approved prior to auction closing by the auction manager and there will be additional costs involved. If you are unable to make your scheduled pick up time or fail to make contact with us, your items will be forfeited after 2 weeks of the auction closing date which is Friday July 28th at 8pm PST.


WINNING BIDDERS:
The pickup address will be given to winning bidders via email. Please contact us if you don't receive this email. Additionally, winning bid emails and invoices can be accessed from your dashboard after the sale ends. You will want to select to receive winning bid emails in your dashboard. You can select to receive this info via email or text.

NEW BIDDERS:
You will want to go to the Auction Ninja website and read through the terms of service. This will help answer any initial questions you may have as well as enhance your overall experience with using the site and bidding system.

PICKUP:
All items will be picked up at a private residence in Edmonds. You will receive the full address once the sale has ended and you are a winning bidder. Please bring help if needed for large/heavy items. We will do our best to accommodate you but can't always guarantee it. Please bring boxes and packing material if needed for your auction items. We sometimes have boxes for auction items but unfortunately can't always guarantee it. Please give yourself enough time to gather and also pack your items prior to location closing.

TAX EXEMPT:
This is very important! All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. Upon receipt of such information by Hewitt Ave Auctions, future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be put in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate. (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located under the Upload Certificate Box to receive the Tax Exempt Status!) This has to happen prior to bidding on items or the sales tax won't be removed.
