Lot of assorted ephemera dating from the 1900's to the 1960's. Includes a copy of The Daily Oklahoman's August 6, 1962 edition announcing the death of Marilyn Monroe on the cover folded, but in very good condition with only light wear and yellowing) and a copy of the LIFE magazine story on the 1963 March on Washington from the September 6, 1963 issue (magazine cover and story only: cover is in fair condition with some water damage and significant wear; story itself is separated from cover and is in very good/excellent condition).
Also includes other items in varying conditions: a folder of issues of Success Magazine dating from 1907-1911, the May 1949 edition of Good Housekeeping (good- condition; spine itself is intact but covering is peeling off of it), the August 6, 1944 edition of the Hugo Daily News with WWII news on the cover (fair condition; previously rolled and weak at the folds), 4 programs from a 1960's George Carlin exhibit at the Gilcrest Institute, and a folder full of stories cut from Ladies Home Journal and the Saturday Evening Post.
