Items that have been marked available for shipping will be shipped out within approximately 7 business days from the end of the auction.

If an item has not been marked available for shipping, other shipping arrangements may still be made depending on the item, however, you MUST contact the auction team BEFORE the auction closes to verify this. We cannot guarantee that an item not marked as being available for shipping can be shipped to you.

Under usual circumstances, your winnings will be shipped out in priority mailing boxes. Shipping charges for these boxes will normally be an additional $12-25 depending on the size of the item. Shipping charges will be applied automatically to the card on file in a SEPARATE CHARGE through AuctionNinja. The price paid at auction hammer does NOT include additional shipping costs. By purchasing an item for shipping, you are acknowledging this and agreeing to allow a separate charge to the card on file for shipping fees.

AuctionNinja has a very limited in-platform shipping program. If you have ordered an item that does not fit in a normal priority mailing box, or if you have ordered multiple lots that would not fit together into a priority mailing box, shipping can still be provided, but it cannot be charged to the card on file through AuctionNinja directly. If this is the case for your item(s), the Auction Team will be in contact with you within approximately 7 business days after the auction closes. In this case, we will need to complete your shipping purchase either over the phone, or via PayPal.
