Look pictures over carefully and contact us with any questions you may have about the condition of the item. Items are sold as is and described to the best of our ability, and any defects or blemishes that are observed will be mentioned. Estate sale items are considered used and may have minor and expected wear as a result. Many estate sale items are in new or like-new condition. When possible, we test items to determine if they work and try to make note of that in the description; however, assume items are untested unless stated otherwise.
***Pickup for this auction will be on Sunday, March 19, between 2-4 p.m. If you are unable to make this time slot, please send someone in your place or text (preferred method of communication) us directly for alternative arrangements. Weather happens, and we understand that life can be unpredictable; the best option would be to delegate someone to pick it up for you, but communicate if there is an issue, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. **Bring a copy of your invoice and photo identification** We will need to check that in order for property to be transferred to you.
By bidding in this auction, you agree that you will bring your own packing materials, boxes, etc, you need to wrap your items in and carry them to your vehicle. This also means that you will bring adequate manpower and tools to disassemble and carry out any large or heavy items. We do not have tools, dollies, or the ability to stop facilitating pickup with other customers to help you. Failure to not come prepared may result in a $100 per hour labor charge (billed 30 minutes immediately) to your credit card if we have to assist you. Please be considerate and show up before your time window ends (and not at the last second) as this causes inconvenience to staff who must stay late as well as to our clients with whom we've agreed to be out of their home by a certain time. If you're late, there is a $50 staffing charge for the first 30 minutes.
** Shipping: we do not pack or ship items ourselves; however, we will be happy to transport some items to the Ace Pack and Ship in Lakewood, Colorado, and they will pack and ship it for you. If shipping is an option for your item, email them and cc us (HeritageEstateSales.LLC@gmail.com) and include a copy of your invoice with that email. Indicate that you'd like that item shipped; you will need to work out the cost of packing and shipping with Mark, the manager, as this is a separate transaction from the auction itself. **Please bring your own boxes, bags, and/or packing materials; there may be some available to purchase, but it's possible we may run out.
* We are not Responsible for any Accidents - Enter the home at your own risk. Bathrooms are not available as we are often in a client's home; this is not part of the arrangement with them, so please plan accordingly.
