For various reasons, auction has been extended by one week, as has the pickup day. The times are the same.
The new pickup date is Saturday, May 13th- all other conditions are the same.
If the ...view morenew pickup day has created an inconvenience for you, and you are not able to pick up on that day, you may designate a representative.
Please let us know if you are sending someone in your place, be sure they bring their photo ID and a copy of the invoice. You may also reach out to us for an appointment time for an alternative pick up. Those will be on a designated weeknight. Winners will receive a link in their confirmation email to sign up for a 1 hour time slot appointment within the time window of 10:00-2:30. It is imperative that you choose an appointment time window and that you honor it. Arriving early will result in you having to wait for others who honored their appointment time to be served first. When you purchase furniture, please be aware that it is your responsibility to bring whatever it is required for that purchase - whether that is manpower, tie downs, dollies, packing material, and that that may include having to navigate stairs-- we do not have the manpower to assist you. We work in a variety of homes and settings and communities, and there may not be space to have everything by the front door. Many items are available for shipping; be sure to check before bidding and contact us if you're not sure. There are no refunds for items you purchased that were not available for shipping and you purchase them anyway. We are offering limited shipping as a courtesy for smaller items that are easy to transport to Ace Pack and Ship in Lakewood, Colorado.
Many items are available for shipping; however, be sure to READ the item's description to ensure you fully understand what you are bidding on and do not assume it's available for shipping. If an item says it's not available for shipping, please text before bidding and ask if shipping is possible. No refunds will be given if an item is not available for shipping and you didn't notice that.
Shipping is done through Ace Pack and Ship, 2049 Wadsworth, in Lakewood. Email us HeritageEstateSales.llc@gmail.com and cc Ace at acepackandship@gmail.com within 24 hours of winning to let us know something should be shipped. You will need to work out the logistics of payment for shipping with them.
When you receive your confirmation email after the auction, please read it right away. We put specific information for each pickup location in that email that we wouldn't publish broadly here on this website: for example, directions to help you find the place, which entrance to use, where to park, etc. You are responsible for what you purchased--that means bringing packing material, bags, boxes, tools to disassemble items, tiedowns, dollies, manpower, etc. You must arrive with enough time in the window to get your purchases to your vehicle.
Look pictures over carefully and contact us with any questions you may have about the condition of the item. Items are sold as is, and any defects or blemishes that are observed will be mentioned. We do our best to describe items, test them when possible, and provide pictures from several angles for you to examine. Many estate sale items are in new or like-new condition. All items are untested unless specified in the description. This home has a steep driveway, and many of the furniture pieces are down a flight of stairs in the home. Please be prepared to navigate the stairs with your purchases and the steep driveway. Hello So I
If you cannot make the pickup time window, text us and inquire about alternative options; we will do our best to accommodate you.
By bidding in this auction, you agree that you will bring your own packing materials, boxes, etc. You will need to wrap your items in and carry them to your vehicle. This also means that you will bring adequate manpower and tools to disassemble and carry out any large or heavy items. We do not have tools, dollies, or the ability to stop facilitating pickup with other customers to help you. Failure to not come prepared may result in a $100 per hour labor charge to your credit card if we have to assist you or if you came unprepared and we have to stay beyond the time window. Please be considerate and show up before your time window ends (and not at the last second) as this causes inconvenience to staff who must stay late as well as to our clients with whom we've agreed to be out of their home by a certain time.
