This is part 1 of a large combo estate/moving sale. New lots will be added daily. Be sure to examine all pictures and read descriptions. All electronics or items with moving parts are untested unless indicated ...view morein the description. Estate sale items are "as is". We do our best to take good photos and to provide you with enough information to make a decision of whether to bid or not. Text us (preferred method of communication) at 303-868-7515 if you need information beyond what is provided. Your bid is entirely your decision and is a commitment to follow through with a purchase. Primary pickup date is May 21st; winners will be sent a link immediately after the auction ends to sign up for an appointment time within the pickup window. It is imperative that you sign up for an appointment time due to the size of this sale and the number of bidders we expect to have; appointment times allow us to reduce your wait time by spreading the number of people out more evenly which cuts down on traffic -- all things that allow us to serve you better. Those who arrive during their appointment window will be served first. There will be alternative pickup dates/times as well included in the signup form.
Shipping: If an item is available for shipping, it will be indicated on the description. While we do not ship, we are happy to take some items to Ace Pack and Ship in Lakewood, Colorado, for you. You will need to work out the logistics of payment with them for shipping and packing. After the auction is over, email Ace and cc us within 24 hours with your invoice and indicate that you need shipping. You may always text us to ask if it's possible for an item to be shipped, and we will do our best to accommodate you; however, if an item was not available for shipping and you purchased it anyway, there are no refunds if you did not check to see if it was possible to be shipped. You are responsible for items you purchased which may mean bringing tools, manpower, tiedowns, dollies, manpower, packing material, bags, boxes, manpower, etc., and that means doing your due diligence about the weight, size, or complexity of the item and the size of your vehicle. We provide measurements of furniture; we are not experts on whether something will fit in your vehicle or whether something is too heavy or big for you. Strength and ability to move items is entirely subjective information. Manpower is key; we work in a variety of homes and communities, and some of them have stairs, steep driveways, limited parking, or other challenges. Coming prepared to disassemble, pack, and carry your purchases means navigating those features, and if you need more specific information, Google Earth the address or ask us. We also put specific details about each location in the email you receive when the auction ends, so reading that email is very important. Our manpower (if available) is $100 per hour in 15 minute increments. We recommend Cowboy Moving if you do not have your own manpower. You are important to us; you are our customers. We want your business and work hard to ensure that your experience is a pleasant one, which is why we provide a lot of information and strive to make our auctions thorough and our pickup days as organized as possible. You can do your part by reading the communications and coming prepared.
