It is imperative that you sign up for an appointment; this allows us to reduce your wait time by spreading the number of people out more evenly which cuts down on traffic -- all things that allow us to serve you better. Those who arrive during their appointment window will be served first. There will be alternative pickup date/time as well included in the signup form.
