* Pickup day is Wednesday, December 20, from 12-3. When you win items, Auction Ninja sends out a "confirmation" email immediately with a link to your invoice. In that email will also be a link to sign up for a one-hour appointment time; that's where you receive the address. You MUST sign up for an appointment time. If you don't receive the "congratulations on your win" email, check your notification settings on Auction Ninja. You can also access this information through your dashboard under "invoices." You are responsible for being prepared for the scheduled pick-up.
* Shipping is limited; make sure an item is available for shipping before bidding as there are no refunds if you purchased an item not available for shipping. You may always ask about shipping for an item; we generally ship non-fragile items. We will take some things to a pack and ship location, but we do not ship large or heavy items such as rugs, furniture, etc. You may contact a UPS or shipping place in the 80033 zip code area to get an estimate if you are concerned about the cost of shipping something. If you purchase something and then can't (or won't) pay the shipping costs, you forfeit your item with no refund. We are not in charge of shipping prices and only add a small handling fee to deliver your items.
