If you do not receive an email, you can find the link on your invoice through your dashboard. Even though it says "appointment only", pick-up dates and times are published in the auction's "special instructions" section, in the "pick-up and shipping" section, as well as on the page where you must check that you agree to the terms before being able to bid. Please take a moment to inform yourself about the terms and pick-up of this unique location/terms as we cannot accept, "I didn't know" as an excuse for not being able to follow through with the terms and pick-up instructions.
