Day of event pick up instructions were more lenient and friendly than the initial auction instructions led me to be prepared for, which was a good thing. There was a slight snafu at pickup when their printed invoice did not match my electronic one, but we all worked together to discover it was just a printing hardware issue. They were very nice, and worked with me to resolve the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. Their facility was easy to find, had good parking, and I'd be happy to bid in their future auctions.

Anna and her crew are amazing! Items are clearly defined with specs. I also like how she offers multiple pictures for items listed.

spent hundreds of dollars for seller to be less than pleasant. there are far better auction companies in Colorado area to work with instead.

The representatives for the sale were lovely. Good instructions for pick up and they were very prompt delivering the auction items out to the people who purchased. All in all, a good experience.
