It is requested that furniture is picked up early so we can accomodate all buyers. Bring help to carry out furniture.. There will not be anyone available to help carry out furniture and please, please make sure large purchases such as furniture will fit in your vehicle. Pick up during the designated time!!!!! You must pick-up during the allotted pickup times only. If it is not picked up during the allotted pickup time, your items will be considered abandoned property and will be forfeited. No Refund. Furniture will exit through the front door so please park in front of the house.

Tax Exempt buyers must input tax exempt information before you bid. You do this at the time you open your account on Auction Ninja.

The auction address will be emailed to all winning bidders. Please make sure you are available for local pick up and you need to be available in the allotted pickup times.
