We have made Generous Box Lots for decorating and Christmas box lots too. We only have one day available for pick up. That's it! This pick up does have a long driveway so be prepared when picking up. Bring along a box, bag or rolling shopping cart or wagon. We will only ship SMALL items (postage plus $10 handling fee must be paid by Venmo). If you are not sure of the shipping size, please text us. We do not calculate shipping costs until after the auction is over and your auction bill has been paid.

It is requested that furniture is picked up early so we can accomodate all buyers. Bring help to carry out furniture.. There will not be anyone available to help carry out furniture and please, please make sure large purchases such as furniture will fit in your vehicle. Pick up during the designated time!!!!! No other day is available.

You must pick-up during the allotted pickup times only. If it is not picked up during the allotted pickup time, your items will be considered abandoned property and will be forfeited. No Refund. Furniture will exit through the front door so please park in front of the house.

Tax Exempt buyers must input tax exempt information before you bid. You do this at the time you open your account on Auction Ninja.

The auction address will be emailed to all winning bidders. Please make sure you are available for local pick up and you need to be available in the allotted pickup times.
