This estate features some of the finest items we've had the honor to represent. The family has made every effort to express the understood provenance, or history of the items when available. This family served internationally under multiple US presidents, and hosted many of them and other foreign dignitaries.

None of the electronics have been recently tested, used, and sold as is. The owners of this estate have used most of the tools and electronics, and are believed to be in working order, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED BY THE SELLER. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS.
All items are USED, and as such, show expected wear and patina for their age. Refer to photos for condition.
• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup. If you buy big items, please bring help to load. We cannot help load your heavy items, especially furniture and delicate items.

Very rarely, but occasionally, upon pick up we discovered that a lot is missing, difficult to locate, or perhaps stolen. In the event that you travel to pick up your item(s), and we cannot locate them during pick up, if we suspect it has been given to the wrong client we will work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your item is lost or stolen and we cannot give it to you at pick up, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. We work hard to have organized sales and pick-ups, but occasionally this happens. Also, if you have been given the wrong lot at pick up, please reach out to us immediately to help us resolve it. We try to treat everyone as we would like to be treated, and odds are, the lot that you were supposed to get (with photographs and descriptions available) is probably still on site, which makes it relatively straightforward to deduce who may have the wrong lot. We still believe people are good in this world. We appreciate your understanding and patience in helping work to resolve any missing lots. In the event of accidental breakage by our staff of purchased items, we will offer a refund of the full purchase price as well as associated fees, and appreciate your understanding.
All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS-IS. Please use photos as PRIMARY information for lot descriptions. Descriptions are to the best of our understanding, and NOT TO BE USED AS THE ABSOLUTE ITEM IDENTIFICATION NOR AS OFFICIAL VERIFIED DESCRIPTION. All items are sold as-is, where-is.
