The owners of this estate have used most of the tools and electronics, and are believed to be in working order, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED BY THE SELLER. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS. Gas motor items and other specialty tools will most likely need expected maintenance prior to use.
All items are USED, and as such, show expected wear and patina for their age. Refer to photos for condition.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items ( check in advancer for large furniture- there may be a seperate pick up day required for large pieces & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup. If you buy big items, please bring help to load. We cannot help load your heavy items, especially furniture and delicate items.
• Shipping is available for small & non breakable items with this Auction

Very rarely, but occasionally, upon pick up we discovered that a lot is missing, difficult to locate, or perhaps stolen. In the event that you travel to pick up your item(s), and we cannot locate them during pick up, if we suspect it has been given to the wrong client we will work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your item is lost or stolen and we cannot give it to you at pick up, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. We work hard to have organized sales and pick-ups, but occasionally this happens. Also, if you have been given the wrong lot at pick up, please reach out to us immediately to help us resolve it. We try to treat everyone as we would like to be treated, and odds are, the lot that you were supposed to get (with photographs and descriptions available) is probably still on site, which makes it relatively straightforward to deduce who may have the wrong lot. We still believe people are good in this world. We appreciate your understanding and patience in helping work to resolve any missing lots.

If you bought heavy items, please bring enough help and tools for you to safely disassemble and load your items.
For clients who have bought heavy pieces, or a number of items, we may reach out to you to try to coordinate a separate pick up time. This property has logistical challenges that will make loading big items difficult, so if you are concerned that your items purchased will take some time to load, please reach out at 970-251-8333. Please leave a message or text if we do not answer. As you can imagine the days after an auction are quite busy, so thank you for your patience.

Listings show all the information we have on the lots. Please understand there are hundreds of lots in this auction, and the photos are your best tool for understanding the lots. When we could, we tried to include a tape in the photo for scale reference. Tape in photo for reference only, so the tape is not included in ANY of the lots. Please use your best judgement to assess the scale of items. We are not able to return all emails regarding lot dimensions or conditions.
