All items are USED, and as such, show expected wear and patina for their age. Refer to photos for condition.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items/ furniture & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup. If you buy big items, please bring help to load. We cannot help load your heavy items, especially furniture and delicate items.
• Shipping is available for small & non breakable items with this Auction

Very rarely, but occasionally, upon pick up we discovered that a lot is missing, difficult to locate, or perhaps stolen. In the event that you travel to pick up your item(s), and we cannot locate them during pick up, if we suspect it has been given to the wrong client we will work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your item is lost or stolen and we cannot give it to you at pick up, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. We work hard to have organized sales and pick-ups, but occasionally this happens. Also, if you have been given the wrong lot at pick up, please reach out to us immediately to help us resolve it. We try to treat everyone as we would like to be treated, and odds are, the lot that you were supposed to get (with photographs and descriptions available) is probably still on site, which makes it relatively straightforward to deduce who may have the wrong lot. We still believe people are good in this world. We appreciate your understanding and patience in helping work to resolve any missing lots.

All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS-IS. Please use photos as PRIMARY information for lot descriptions. Descriptions are to the best of our understanding, and NOT TO BE USED AS THE ABSOLUTE ITEM IDENTIFICATION NOR AS OFFICIAL VERIFIED DESCRIPTION. All items are sold as-is, where-is. Please be mindful of the community and neighbors and park appropriately. Please also plan to be patient as we help locate your winning lots. We are a small family-owned and run company and pride ourselves on being kind and customer service-oriented. We ask that you treat all of our staff and all associated with patience and kindness.

Listings show all the information we have on the lots. Please understand there are hundreds of lots in this auction, and the photos are your best tool for understanding the lots. When we could, we tried to include a tape in the photo for scale reference. Tape in photo for reference only, so the tape is not included in ANY of the lots. Please use your best judgement to assess the scale of items. We are not able to return all emails regarding lot dimensions or conditions.

SHIPPING AVAILABLE (For Select small items inc. jewelry, coins other smaller items.
We use USPS flat rate boxes whenever possible, and may use a 3rd party shipper when necessary. A $10 per (client/order not per package) Transport fee will be automatically charged to your card in addition to the cost of shipping. We are not able to estimate shipping in advance. Please be patient waiting for your items. We aim to get all items mailed within 14 days from the close of the auction.
