* Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be cancelled.
* You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.
* We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible. Please go to HarmonyRoadEstates.com and follow the link to sign up for your pickup time.
*SHIPPING REQUESTS: When applicable, we use USPS Flat rate boxes. For bigger or fragile items, We normally take items like this to professional shippers, and have them pack it. We charge $10 for handling for each sent package, plus whatever the shipping company fees are. Please send an email with “Shipping request“ in the subject line with your actual shipping address (sometimes different than the address on file), and we will charge your card on file when the package is sent. Shipping is sent 7-10 days following the auction pickup dates.
PLEASE NOTE: Pick up will be handled BY SIGNING UP FOR A SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME during the pickup dates. Listings show all the information we have on the lots. Please understand there are hundreds of lots in this auction, and the photos are your best tool for understanding the lots. When we could, we tried to include a tape in the photo for scale reference. Tape in photo for reference only, so the tape is not included in ANY of the lots. Please use your best judgement to assess the scale of items. We are not able to return all emails regarding lot dimensions or conditions.
None of the electronics have been recently thoroughly tested, are considered used, and are sold as is. The owners of this estate have used most of the tools and electronics, and are believed to be in working order, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED BY THE SELLER. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS.
All items are USED, and as such, show expected wear and patina for their age. Refer to photos for condition.
• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup. If you buy big items, please bring help to load. We cannot help load your heavy items, especially furniture and delicate items.

While Harmony Road Estate Sales will do its best to list model names and numbers, observed damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition, nor a specific model or era. Most of the items Harmony Road Estate Sales sells are antique, vintage, or used. Please expect signs of wear consistent with age. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO CREDIT, OR EXCHANGES.
Very rarely, but occasionally, upon pick up we discovered that a lot is missing, difficult to locate, or perhaps stolen. In the event that you travel to pick up your item(s), and we cannot locate them during pick up, if we suspect it has been given to the wrong client we will work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your item is lost or stolen and we cannot give it to you at pick up, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. We work hard to have organized sales and pick-ups, but occasionally this happens. Also, if you have been given the wrong lot at pick up, please reach out to us immediately to help us resolve it. We try to treat everyone as we would like to be treated, and odds are, the lot that you were supposed to get (with photographs and descriptions available) is probably still on site, which makes it relatively straightforward to deduce who may have the wrong lot. We still believe people are good in this world. We appreciate your understanding and patience in helping work to resolve any missing lots.!
