Their family loved to entertain, and the exceptional quality of the furniture and knickknacks throughout the house show this family’s exceptional taste for quality and world travel. Beyond being a talented engineer, the owner of this estate was also a skilled pipe organ builder, with all of the tools to prove it. None of the electronics have been tested. The primary shop tools are believed to be in working order.
All items are USED, and as such, show expected wear and patina for their age. Refer to photos for condition.

Very rarely, but occasionally, upon pick up we discovered that a lot is missing, difficult to locate, or perhaps stolen. In the event that you travel to pick up your item(s), and we cannot locate them during pick up, if we suspect it has been given to the wrong client we will work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your item is lost or stolen and we cannot give it to you at pick up, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. We work hard to have organized sales and pick-ups, but occasionally this happens. Also, if you have been given the wrong lot at pick up, please reach out to us immediately to help us resolve it. We try to treat everyone as we would like to be treated, and odds are, the lot that you were supposed to get (with photographs and descriptions available) is probably still on site, which makes it relatively straightforward to deduce who may have the wrong lot. We still believe people are good in this world. We appreciate your understanding and patience in helping work to resolve any missing lots.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.
• Shipping is available on some items. In general, there is a $20 handling fee for up to 3 items (up to 2 lbs. per item), plus whatever the shipping company charges. Multiple items, fragile, and heavy items require extra handling , and will be assessed after your purchase. Please do not call or email for shipping quotes. The items will ship from Ft. Collins or Broomfield Colorado, and your guess is as good as ours as to how much your items would cost for shipping.
