We are thrilled to conduct this fantastic auction for these gently used items. The home is being remodeled and we are selling some fixtures and appliances as well as furnishings.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.

Please do not bid if you are unable to take possession of the items in the specified time period for each auction. Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up time or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your bidding privileges will be cancelled.
We do not provide bags, boxes, or packing materials. You are responsible for bringing your own packing materials.

You will be responsible for removing any cabinetry and fixtures. You will also be responsible for bringing appropriate movers for appliances.

We will only ship items that are unbreakable and fit in a USPS flat rate box. We can transport other items to the UPS Store in Southampton( for a $20 transportation fee paid by Venmo or Zelle) for them to pack and ship. Please advise us once you win the auction if you intend to ship via UPS and we will send you a credit card authorization form to fill out that will accompany your item. You must consult UPS directly for shipping estimates 631-287-6787.

Terms: All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. We will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must NOT be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition or new. Please keep in mind: you are purchasing vintage or used items, expect signs of wear consistent with age.
