Pickup date for this auction will be Tuesday, February 27th by appointment between 10:00am and 5:00pm.

-Please bring your own manpower for loading furniture and heavy items, and bring your own packing materials. We will NOT be responsible for loading your vehicle. All furniture in this home will be brought curbside.

-Ask us about shipping. We are happy non-breakable items that can fit in a flat rate box at buyers' expense with an additional $10 handling fee per item. Please contact Denise by text or email (917-446-5583) before bidding to confirm your item is shippable.

All art, oversized, and breakable items will be packed and shipped via third party shipper, we can bring it to the UPS store in Bronxville ny you will be responsible for coordinating shipping and payment directly with them.

Smaller, non breakable items will be shipped via USPS Priority with a $10 per lot handling fee. PLEASE CONTACT US TO DISCUSS ANY SHIPPING NEEDS PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Regardless of how items will be shipped, if you get preapproval, you'll still need to email us at DENISE@THEHAMPTONESTATESALES.COM following auction closing to remind us that you need shipping. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Items will ship within a week of purchase.
