20" Life Size Armand Marseilles 341-18 Baby Doll With Christening Dress

Near mint Armand Marseille baby doll marked 341-18. This was often called a Dream Baby and similar to the Bye Lo baby. This doll is 20" in length and has an approximate head circumference of 18". The doll has composition hands, cloth body and bisque head with gray blue eyes. One hand is a few glaze craze marks and a tiny chip on the tip of one finger, the other has a small area of wear to the skin color by the wrist area and palm of the hand. The cloth body has toning from age. The head is perfect with no apologies. The christening gown is not original to the doll and is in very good condition.
