Item Description

Sword is 38" long with elaborate scabbard it is 39 1/2" in length. Elaborate scabbard with scrimshaw ivory grip handle. Made by EA Armstrong Mfg Co, Chicago, Ill. Sword has personalized engraving, was presented to George M Dietrich. The blade has oxidation that could easily be cleaned. Sword comes with its black leather carrying case which is in average condition. Carrying case probably did not go with this sword - does not fit properly.
