These guidelines are in place to keep our operations running smoothly and to keep costs (buyer’s premiums) down.

ATTN Bidders, Once you place a bid on a GHI auction item a preauthorization charge will be placed against the credit card on file for ($1) . This is done by our payment processor to validate that the card entered for payment has been done correctly , and is a valid method of payment. You will not be actually charged until you are a winning bidder and will be done at the auction end for the final amount due.

Item Descriptions
Carefully inspect all photos thoroughly before bidding. Although conditions may be noted in descriptions, the description is not comprehensive and not a full condition report.

Your bidding signifies that you have viewed the photos and read the description, which are based on opinion only, and accept each item as-is with no warranty or implied condition.

GHI acknowledges that there may be errors in the listings. We do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, and the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most items are antique, vintage, and used.

•No warranty on items. No guarantees of age, condition, materials, and features.

Auction Pickup
Address and pick-up details is provided to the winners.
Please bring your own labor for heavy items, a proper vehicle, and your own packing supplies.

***Please note, there are no guaranteed alternative pick up times for the auction. Please refrain from bidding unless you are able to pick up your items at the scheduled times .
You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie-downs, and manpower. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

We do our best to make pick-up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For items we agree to ship please know that we charge a $15 packing and convience fee as well as actual shipping . This needs to be paid prior to item being shipped through Zelle or Venmo
