1. IN-HOUSE: USPS Flat Rate, UPS GROUND. We do ...view morenot ship furniture or some larger items. Expect to pay ACTUAL SHIPPING COST + HANDLING.
Small art pieces (8in. x 8in.) or less will be 5 dollars handling fee per lot and anything larger will be 10 dollars or more for handling. These are our fees for in-house shipping.
You are welcome to use a third party shipper and we recommend some below.

2. THIRD PARTY SHIPPING: UPS at 4950 York Rd., Buckingham, PA 18912 for shipping quotes and to schedule shipping. Please EMAIL ONLY to store3831@upsstore.com with a copy of your I.D, winning auction dates, invoice numbers and lot numbers for shipping quotes.

If you need local delivery for larger items, please email us through auction ninja.

If you are not picking up, you MUST arrange shipping prior to September 10th. Any items not picked up or shipping arranged by that date will be considered forfeited or we will ship in-house and charge the card on file for shipping/handling.

If your card is declined for shipping costs and you have not picked your item up within 14 days of the last day of the auction or made other arrangements, there will be a $20 PER ITEM, PER DAY storage fee assessed, which must be paid before you item is released. If it is still in our facility, 30 days past the end date of the auction, your item(s) will become the property of GoldenTree Estate Services LLC to dispose of at our discretion. No refunds will be given.

Non-paying bidders will be blocked from participating in future auctions.
