I made a big mistake by having my items shipped and didn't inquire first about his rates. His rates for packing and handling were way more than they should have been.

We are sorry you don't agree with our shipping, however, our in-house shipping terms, including shipping and handling are clearly stated in our auction. You have to agree to our terms in order to bid. You are also welcome to use a third party shipper, we even give you a list of local shippers and offer free local pick up.

Please separate jewelry and take more clear photos. Many pieces are broken/craft. Two bead necklace lots state "some pieces are coming apart" but 95% of both bags are craft. I cannot resell this jewelry. Many other lots have missing stones. Unsellable. Please note if it is mostly craft so buyers are aware of what they are purchasing.
