There is abstract art, art by N Carmel and others. We have a MCM modular wall unit, Bruno Mathsson gate leg tables, other MCM designer pieces, Acoma Pottery, and so much more. Address will be posted early morning day of pick up for the homeowners security. All items must be picked up during the hours posted, no exception. Our staff will not move your items to our warehouse, they will be forfeited if not picked up. Please plan accordingly. We do have contacts for two individuals who work for task rabbit, that will pick up and deliver or ship for a fee. You must prearrange with them or use the app to find your own help if needed. Closing date has been extended by 1 day, soft closing begins Thursday September 12th at 6pm. Have fun bidding!

**There is No flexibility on the PickUp dates**

WE DO NOT move items from the private residence to our warehouse to store for pick-up at a later time.

Winning bidders must pick up their lot at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame as stated in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab within the auction and / or on their invoice. If not picked up then items are considered forfeited by the winning bidder and will not be compensated in any way.

PLEASE BRING HELP FOR LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS! As well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items, as we DO NOT provide these services.
WE DO NOT PACK OR MOVE. If you fail to bring help and unable to remove your item during the scheduled pick up time, there will be a $100 restock fee.

IF YOU CONTACT A THIRD PARTY SHIPPER:
GES will not be responsible for loss or damage of purchased lots handled or shipped, nor for acts and omissions, by third party shippers, whether recommended by us or not. GES will not release the lot for shipment until payment has been made in full and ID has been received. Winning bids may not be retracted, canceled or rescinded due to issues with shipping including, but not limited to, costs or prohibitions. It is the responsibility of the bidder to account for shipping prior to bidding.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS regarding the shipping or receipt of ivory, taxidermy and firearms. GES will not alter packing slips or lot descriptions or the price paid listed on the same. If you choose to bid on an item that is later seized by customs, GES. is not liable for any costs or refunds.
