PICK-UP DETAILS: Shipping only auction, however if you are local you can arrange to pick up at the warehouse. Please contact us after you win. Items not picked up during allotted time will be charged a daily storage fee of $10 per lot per day, NO EXCEPTIONS.
***If your unable to the pick-up the items on the pick-up date, we respectfully ask that you do not place a bid. If you miss the pick-up day, you forfeit your items***
Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items, as we DO NOT provide these services.
All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or condition issues, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items are vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Please review photos carefully prior to bidding.

SHIPPING AND PICKUP:
ALL WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO GIVE ID. The shipping address must match what is on the buyers credit card and ID, or we will not ship. Please update BEFORE BIDDING.
Winning bidders must pick up their lot at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame as stated in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab within the auction and / or on their invoice. GES only ships in-house using USPS flat rate shipping with a handling fee of $10 and USPS shipping fees. Not all items available for shipping. Please inquire first and not assume. The items must fit in a priority flat rate USPS box.
All other shipping must be arranged with a third party by the buyer. We recommend The UPS Store at 100 Andover Park W, #150 Tukwila WA. You must contact them via email art.upsstore5819@gmail.com, we do not contact for you. They charge a $25 fee to pick up your items from our location on top off their rates.
Special terms for jewelry: unless coupled with another non-jewelry auction purchase, jewelry will ONLY be shipped. Jewelry handling fees are $5.00. Insurance depends on purchase price.
In-house shipping prices are as follows + handling fees and insurance (dependent on purchase price):
Flat rate small box - $10.70
Flat rate medium box - $17.60
Flat rate large box - $23.30
Flat rate padded envelope - $10.90
GES will not be responsible for loss or damage of purchased lots handled or shipped, nor for acts and omissions, by third party shippers, whether recommended by us or not. GES will not release the lot for shipment until payment has been made in full and ID has been received. Winning bids may not be retracted, canceled or rescinded due to issues with shipping including, but not limited to, costs or prohibitions. It is the responsibility of the bidder to account for shipping prior to bidding.
In some cases we have specific auctions where pick-up is at a private residence. In these cases, it will be clearly stated on the auction prior to bidding. For these particular auctions, if you miss the pick-up days you forfeit your items. We DO NOT move items from the private residence to our warehouse to store for pick-up at a later time.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS regarding the shipping or receipt of ivory, taxidermy and firearms. GES will not alter packing slips or lot descriptions or the price paid listed on the same. If you choose to bid on an item that is later seized by customs, GES. is not liable for any costs or refunds. If you are not sure about your local rules and regulations, please do not place bids on any item that might be in violation of your country's rules and regulations.
We do not ship internationally. GES will ship all items with tracking, no exceptions.
FAILURE TO PICK-UP & STORAGE
Lots must be picked-up or shipped by a third party by the last day of listed pick-up times. The day after the last day of pick-up, GES has the right to charge the winning bidder a daily storage fee of $10 per lot per day. Lots that have been paid for, but remain on our premises three (3) days from the close of the auction are considered forfeited by the winning bidder will not be compensated in any way.
Lots left with GES after the final pick-up day are stored at the buyer’s risk.
TAX EXEMPT
All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate PRIOR TO BIDDING.
