ALL WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO GIVE ID. The shipping address must match what is on the buyers credit card and ID, or we will not ship. Please update BEFORE BIDDING.

GES only ships in-house using USPS flat rate shipping with a handling fee of $10 and USPS shipping fees.
ALL OTHER SHIPPING must be arranged with a third party BY THE BUYER. You must hit a $50 purchase minimum in order for us to ship. We recommend The UPS Store at 100 Andover Park W, #150 Tukwila WA. YOU MUST contact them via email art.upsstore5819@gmail.com, we DO NOT contact for you.

In some cases we have specific auctions where pick-up is at a private residence. In these cases, it will be clearly stated on the auction prior to bidding. For these particular auctions, if you miss the pick-up days you forfeit your items. We DO NOT move items from the private residence to our warehouse to store for pick-up at a later time.

GES will not be responsible for loss or damage of purchased lots handled or shipped, nor for acts and omissions, by third party shippers, whether recommended by us or not. GES will not release the lot for shipment until payment has been made in full and ID has been received. Winning bids may not be retracted, canceled or rescinded due to issues with shipping including, but not limited to, costs or prohibitions. It is the responsibility of the bidder to account for shipping prior to bidding.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS regarding the shipping or receipt of ivory, taxidermy and firearms. GES will not alter packing slips or lot descriptions or the price paid listed on the same. If you choose to bid on an item that is later seized by customs, GES. is not liable for any costs or refunds. If you are not sure about your local rules and regulations, please do not place bids on any item that might be in violation of your country's rules and regulations.

We do not ship internationally. Girlfriends will ship all items with tracking, no exceptions.
