PICK-UP
**There is No flexibility on the PickUp dates**
Winning bidders must pick up their lot at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame as stated in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab within the auction and / or on their invoice. If not picked up then items are considered forfeited by the winning bidder and will not be compensated in any way.
We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite service at pick up please TEXT (do not call) your name, invoice number and planned arrival time to the auction manager at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.
You are responsible for bringing your own packing, moving materials, appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power.
WE DO NOT PACK OR MOVE. If you fail to bring help and are unable to remove your item during the scheduled pick up time, there will be a $100 restock/removal fee. This home must be cleared out on day of pickup.
