Vintage Spanish American War Pressed Glass Pitcher With Admiral Dewey

This is a vintage Spanish-American War pressed glass pitcher commemorates Admiral Dewey's victory and includes the quote "Gridley, you may fire when ready" that was molded to honor the 1898 war. It features a bust of Admiral Dewey, the image of a soldier holding the U.S. flag, an American Eagle, a shield under the spout and the quote, "Gridley, you may fire when ready”. It measures 9.25” tall and is 7.5” wide from the edge of the spout to the far edge of the handle. It is in very good condition but does have a small crack along the bottom barrel of the pitcher.

Chatham Mass office, the pick-up time is Saturday Sept 21st from 10AM-1PM. If you don't pick up during that time, we will automatically charge the card on file and ship the item.
