Mid 1800's Antique Chinese Wood Baby Bath Tub with brass bands.
Measures 21" L x 17 1/2"w x 6 1/2"T.
Wood slats have loosened over time and seperated so no longer holds water and has large crack in middle of a wood slat and few smaller cracks here and there.
Middle Brass band has had a glue repair to hold in place long ago and can see glue ridge. Some oxidation to brass bands.
Amazing patina to wood and can see the old water ring at bottom which adds to the charm and provenance. Smooth rounded wood rim and would make a great centerpiece with a great story.

Shipping is available on this lot through a professional shipping company. We offer complimentary drop off at Eastham Qwik Pack & Ship. You can pay them directly for shipping costs. They do a great job and are very reasonable. We use the often and have never had any complaints. If you are local and would like to pick-up in person at our S. Chatham Mass office, the pick-up time is Saturday Oct 21st from 10-1.
