Charles R. Selmi (1933-1994). He painted marine scenes, landscapes and western scenes, working only in acrylics. He had his own gallery in West Dennis, MA in 1973 and a gallery in Conway, NH in 1988. 8 x 12". Framed to 9.5 x 14". It needs to be secured in the frame (easy fix)
