1914-1920 Cape Cod Photo Album Provincetown Truro Wellfleet

Amateur photo album from 1914-1920 with about 50-100 (closer to 100) snapshot photographs, many of Cape Cod. Subjects include On the Truro Beach, holding an early mushroom handle baseball bat, Having a Cape Cod Head Wash, scenes on the beach, Landscapes, beach cottage, Wellfleet High School with students posed in front of the school, Wellfleet Catholic Church interior and exterior, Truro House of Education, Provincetown Harbor, Truro Center, Coast Guard Station, Life Saving Crew, sailors on the USS Utah, and more. Most of the photos are captioned by the original photographer. All are affixed to the page with glue. Album is about 6 x 8”. One of a kind photo history of the Cape from Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. I have not pictured each page, but what is pictured gives you a good idea of what is here.

Shipping is available for this item. We will charge your card on file for shipping after the auction. If you are local and would like to pick-up in person at our S. Chatham Mass office, the pick-up time is Saturday July 27th from 10AM-1PM. If you don't pick up during that time, we will automatically charge the card on file and ship the item. You don't have to contact us to arrange shipping.
