First time buyer from Sgaynor who recently purchased 2 autographed memorabilia. Submitted one, Ted Kennedy index card, to a well know authentication company - JSA. Came back not certified as authentic, which was not consistent with seller's statement that it was "guaranteed to pass 3rd party authentication". (I provided pic of rejection letter from JSA). With many positive reviews of this company I took a chance and lost. I was refunded my payment. Buying unauthenticated autographs is a gamble for anyone and I took the risk, but if the seller was 5 stars he would have offered to refund my authentication fee as well and taken the loss himself, given his word was that this was a legit signature.

BUYER BEWARE* spent over a grand on the auction buts let's discuss the $300 lot on yu gi oh and Pokemon cards. They advertised as "some 1996 originals, Mostly NM-MT to MINT, etc" THEY FAILED TO MENTION OR SHOW OVER 300 FAKE cards. Beyond disgusted and very obviously deceived. Listing not accurate at all. On top of that the OG blue-eyes-white dragon is "missing" from the lot. It was shown to be in the lot however upon receiving my items they obviously swapped it out with a FAKE one like I wouldn't know. Either this was gross negligence by an employee, or just outright fraud by the owner.

I've bought multiple lots from Gaynors FC and they are always exceptional. The items are exactly as described, well packaged and delivered incredibly quickly at a very fair shipping price. I've reached out with questions before and got responses right away.
