WE MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO PREPARE AND SEND SHIPPING INVOICES WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS OF THE AUCTION ENDING. NO SHIPMENTS WILL BE SENT OUT WITHOUT PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING.

We are offering local delivery (within 100 miles) for purchases. Delivery fees will be in addition to your winning bid and must be paid prior to delivery of any items. Please contact us for a delivery quote prior to placing your bid.

Winning bidders will receive an email with invoice and list of items won. Please make sure your settings are correct to receive email or text notifications about lots. It is your responsibility to coordinate shipping or delivery once the auction is final.

Pickup is going to be held on 1/12/25 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Coventry, RI.

If you need to request a separate appointment for pickup, that may be able to be arranged. Please contact us to discuss this before placing your bid. If you do not coordinate this with us prior to winning the auction, we’ll make every effort to accommodate when possible.

Movers will be on-site to bring items out of property to your vehicle. It is your responsibility to load items in or on your vehicle. Items will not be shipped or delivered outside of the pickup location unless otherwise requested and paid for. If you do not pick up your items during the pre-determined pickup hours, items will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

You are responsible for bringing your own packing materials and boxes to transport items unless a box is specifically noted in the item description. We will have a limited supply of bankers boxes available on-site for separate purchase while supplies last.
